How do I place a single order?

Just order on the Home page.  Product has a 100% money back guarantee.


How do I place a Wholesale order?
If you are a wholesaler click here to request a Login Password, once you receive your login password you can access the Order Page.  Online ordering is done through Paypal.  If you would prefer to either mail or fax your order, you can mail to Pare innovations LLC, 810 W Olympia St., Hernando, FL 34442 or fax to 1-888-519-2192. If you would prefer to call in your order or if you have any other questions about our ordering process, please call Customer Service at: 1-888-519-2192.  

How can I track my order online? 
Once the order ships, a Shipping Confirmation e-mail is sent to you with the order details and tracking number, which you may use to track your order. 

Am I required to pay sales tax?  
We are required to collect sales tax for orders delivered in FL. If you supply us with your Sales Tax Number sales tax will not apply.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Single product orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days from date order is placed.

Wholesale orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 days from date order is placed; unless item is in stock then it will be processed within 1-2 days.   Shipping can vary from 3-7 days depending on shipping location and service used.  If there is going to be any delay on the processing or shipping of your order you will receive an email explaining the delay. All wholesale orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 wks (includes shipping time) depending on quantity and inventory available.

How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped by UPS and/or FEDEX with a tracking number.  FREE shipping on all orders over $200.

Where do you ship to? 
We ship within the United States, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.  We do not ship Internationally at this time.

Can I change or cancel my order? 
You may change or cancel your order if it has not been processed yet. Call Customer Service at 1-888-519-2192 and we will check to see if your order can be canceled.
